# Minting Protocol

The NFT minting process can be used in other markets cross chain to support regenerative activities. Instead of paying for ethereum on polygon gas fees to mint the NFT, the gas fee is the Akorn protocol. This could be used in Rarible, OpenSea or other NFT minting places.
