Gnosis Safe Multisig and Configuration

All marketplace specific smart contracts (ERC20, ERC721, Phoenix NFT, Fee Collector and Conduit contracts) will be owned by our multisig. There will be also extensive documentation for executing custom contract interactions from the multi-sig.
