Part 2 - Feedback + Discussion

When your proposal is ready, set status to Feedback & post the link to the proposal in the proposals channel in discord.

Feel free to direct message individual people who you think would be interested in collaborating on the proposal.

With at least 3 days from the date of proposal being shared to to incorporate their feedback before the proposer can take the decision to an official vote. However, the proposer may choose to extend the feedback period to engage people that may have been sick/traveling/etc. These proposal review session may also be held synchronously during an existing meeting where the proposer adds the agenda item to review the proposal. The proposal review will be done as an independent silent reading and feedback with ensuing discussion to reach clarity on the proposal.
