# Part 1- Creation

They outline their objective and intentions, what we’re working towards through the proposal, and how it benefits dMeter. During the creation phase, it's strongly suggested that proposers write down their ideas and discuss them with any co-stewards and affected parties before bringing the proposal to the whole group. After this deliberation, the proposer can then post the proposal in the Proposals channel in Discord.
