Once It’s Written, It Stays: dMeter uses something called blockchain, which is like a super-safe notebook. Once you write something down in this notebook, it can’t be erased or changed. This way, everyone knows that the information is real and hasn’t been messed with. If you say you planted 10 trees, that number stays there forever, and is very hard to change.

Everyone Can See: dMeter makes sure that everyone can look at the notebook. This means that if you’re curious about how many trees were planted or how much trash was picked up, you can check for yourself. This openness helps everyone trust that the project is going well and that people are doing what they promised.

Automatic Checks: dMeter also checks between data sources. For example, if a group says they planted trees, we can look at pictures from space or and compare it with the data from IOT gadgets to make sure it really happened before giving out rewards. This way, everyone knows that promises are being kept, and no one gets credit for something they didn’t do.
